Privacy Policy
This page explains what GAME OUTPOST PC CLUB collects when you book a floor, why we keep it, and how long it stays with us. We wrote it in plain language, the same way we talk about the stairs.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, you give us a name, an email address, a date, the level you want, and how long you plan to stay. That's the whole list. We don't ask for a home address, a payment card, or anything we don't need to hold a seat for you. If you email us or speak to the counter, we keep only what you choose to tell us.
Why we keep it
Your details do one job: reserving the floor you picked and letting us reach you if the level is full or the plan changes. We use the email to confirm a booking and, rarely, to ask a question about it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to advertisers. Staff who arrange bookings are the only people who see it.
How long it stays
We hold a booking record only as long as it stays useful — through your visit and a short window afterward in case of a follow-up. After that it is cleared from our list. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by replying to a confirmation or telling the counter, and we'll delete them promptly.
Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. We use only what the page itself needs to work and to remember basic display choices during your visit. There are no third-party advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling on this site. Your browser lets you block or clear cookies whenever you like; the booking form still works without them.
Your choices
You can see what we hold, correct it, or have it erased — just ask. You're never required to give more than the booking form requests, and you can cancel a hold without explanation. Questions about this policy are welcome at the front counter on any floor.
Your rights under data-protection law
This club operates in Argentina, so the personal details you share are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act (Ley N.º 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales) and its regulations. You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, free of charge at reasonable intervals, and to have them updated, corrected or removed. We keep your booking data only as long as it is useful for running the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP, argentina.gob.ar/aaip), the national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
